How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary from $39 to $49 for overnight shipping.
What kind of deposit is necessary to guarantee my butterflies?
A 60% deposit is required upon order placement. The remaining 40% is due 15 days prior to shipment.
How far in advance should I order?
We prefer you order your butterflies at least 6-8 weeks prior to event, however, we will always try to accommodate last minute orders.
What kind of guarantee will you give me?
Our guarantee is to deliver beautiful, healthy butterflies. However, we cannot be responsible for mishandling once the package has been received. Recipient must be present to receive the package, which will arrive the day before the scheduled release.
How do I store the butterflies?
Butterflies are stored in an insulated container with cold gel packs. Butterflies will be individually packaged in their natural resting state. Upon receipt of the shipment, store butterflies in a cool dark place out of the direct sunlight.
What should I do to get the butterflies ready for release?
Shortly before the release, expose the butterflies to indirect light making them active and ready for flight. Complete detailed instructions will accompany your butterfly shipment.
